You pay full payment of the product you want to order So it can be shipped to you. Time constraints are 3-7 business days or more (depending on your location). We also ship to UPS pick up locations where you can pick your product up, PO Box addresses and to APO addresses (Army Post Offices).

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order with us you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. If your item(s) are out of stock we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.

All of our orders ship the same day or within 1 business day. We will send you a tracking number within 24 hours of your package leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address that you provided during checkout. We Prefer Western Union, Money Gram and Ria Money and Bitcoin because Payment is confirmed immediately, with Bank transfer payment is confirmed after 3 to 5 working days.

Refunds and Returns Policy:

We offer a 30 days return policy, because of the personal nature of our products, refunds are only permitted if there was an error made by us when we shipped the items or if the items are defective.

Please do not attempt to return your product without contacting us first, you can email us at info@gblchemlab.com and receive a Return Number (RMA#) along with the proper address to return the items to. We will require your Name, Order Number and reason for the return request.

When ordering products from our website, it is your responsibility to choose the correct item(s). By making a purchase from us you are confirming that you fully understand all the terms and conditions stated here and also agree to all terms and conditions.

For sanitary purposes, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. When you receive your package, promptly check the items to make sure the items are in working condition. We will only refund or replace defective items. Please return the items in their original packaging within 30 days to the address you receive from us. Items returned without original packaging will not be refunded so please keep all packaging for the 30 days return period. Please note: As part of the return process, if the returned item is found to be in perfect working condition, a 20% restocking fee will be applied.

Stealth

Our products are shipped in sealed mylar foil bags to protect the material until use. As for stealth, we do ship our blotters in vacuumed sealed mylar bags. As for other forms, such as pellets and powders we do ship them in Ziplock bags. All products are correctly labeled, but there is no reference to the chemical name or Real Chems on the outer packaging.
